* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE…Monroe and Wayne counties.
* WHEN…From 6 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered roads and reduced visibility. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute on Monday, and the morning commute on
