At approximately 1:33am companies were dispatched to Sunderland Trail for a reported vehicle and house on fire. Engine 4512 arrived on scene within 5 minutes of dispatch and reported a vehicle going good with an exposure problem to the detached garage. Crews extinguished both fires and were able to stop the fire from causing any interior damage to the garage.
