Gates Fire crews responded this morning to a report of a tractor trailer rolled over on Rte 531 at the entrance to Rochester Tech Park.
Crews assisted the driver out of the vehicle using ground ladders. A Level Zero Haz-Mat incident was declared, crews contained a spill of about 20 gallons of diesel fuel, NYS Trooper and DEC were on scene to handle the remainder of the incident.
