A Gates resident sent us the message below:
“I’m not sure if you will remember me, but I am a resident at the Villas of Coldwater. You and your team have been most helpful to me and my neighbors in replacing our fire detector batteries, even those waaay up in our cathedral ceilings! I have always appreciated your kindness and humor and teamwork. So, at Christmastime, it seemed appropriate to say thank you, again.
