May is Older Americans month and the theme is Aging Unbound. Our senior population should not feel restricted, not needed or useless. They have a wealth of knowledge to share and years of experience and wisdom to offer.Take some time this month to listen to a senior’s experiences. Consider having them to read to a group of children or speak at a particular event. You won’t be disappointed!!
