Today marks three years since the passing of Community Risk Reduction Specialist and Public Information Officer Joseph C. Manuse, better known as “Fireman Joe”. Joe served his community for 29 years as a volunteer firefighter with the Gates-Chili Fire Department and 11 years as an employee of the Gates Fire District. Joe was an amazing educator, leader, firefighter, and father.
