Delphi Rise is a community-based behavioral health agency focused on substance use treatment and supports. They have been serving Rochester and the Finger Lakes since 1936 through Outpatient Treatment Programs, School-based Prevention Education and Counseling, Monroe County Reentry Services, Rapid Re-Housing, Domestic Violence Education, and Health Homes Care Management Services also operates Monroe County’s only 24/7 Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations and referrals.
