The Gates Fire District is excited to invite the community to meet some very special guests!
The K-9 Comfort Dogs will be visiting our first responders at the Gates Fire District Headquarters on Monday, November 28th from 4-6 pm.
The dogs come to us from the Lutheran Church Charities Ministry.
The Golden Retrievers travel to disaster situations bringing love, comfort, and compassion to people in need. They also live and work in their communities supporting first responders, and veterans. They also visit schools, nursing homes, and attend military events.
