Monday night, the Citizens Fire Academy visited the Emergency Communications Department – 911 in Rochester, NY.
The group was able to get out onto the floor and talk to the dispatchers and about their job and how they deal with the stress of all the emergencies coming in.
We also met with our very own dispatcher at headquarters, and learned how are operations work here as well!
