Group 4 responded early this morning for a reported vehicle flipped and a person trapped on Rt 390 SB at the 490 interchange. Engine 4522 arrived on scene and confirmed a single vehicle on its side with a person trapped. Crews had the vehicle stabilized and victim extricated within 24 minutes. Patient care was transferred to Gates Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc. for transport. Thanks to Ridge Road Fire District for the assistance.
