Yesterday was quite the busy day here in the Gates Fire District.
The morning brought us to multiple EMS calls and Rt. 490 for the MVA rollover with a person trapped. Crews worked to extricate the occupant and patient care was transferred to Gates Ambulance.
The evening and overnight brought us to multiple MVA’s, EMS calls, and a commercial fire alarm with a back up call with a reported fire at the location. The fire was extinguished by a bystander prior to our arrival and the cause is under investigation.
