Notice is hereby given that the Budget Hearing of the Gates Fire
District will take place on October 21, 2008 beginning at 7pm at the
Gates Fire Station No 1 located at 2355 Chili Avenue for the purpose
of reviewing the proposed 2009 District Budget in accordance with
the New York State Town Law.
Those wishing to speak are requested to have filed their names with
the District Secretary of the Gates Fire District no later than 1pm
on October 21, 2008.
Statements should be focused, direct and limited to no more than 3-5
minutes
The District Secretary will make available for inspection, at least
five days before the public hearing, by any interested person during
district office hours (8am to 1pm) copies of the proposed 2009
budget.
